ID Bureau Services

Our Bureau Service provides the perfect solution for organisations who cannot warrant the purchase and management of an in-house system to produce ID cards.

We offer the total package of card design, scanning, encoding, image capture, project management, in fact, everything needed for the production of high quality cards.

Cards can be used solely for ID and membership purposes or we can produce a multi-function card compatible with most access control or time & attendance systems.

Whether your requirement is for small quantities or many thousands, we have both the capacity and experience to provide a professional, reliable service with a quick turnaround. Generally ID cards will be despatched the same day on receipt of request forms. Each client will receive personalised ID request stationery and have complete access to the card printed database.

Photos can be captured by the following methods:

• Passport Photos - Simply send us passport photos and leave the rest to us.
• On-Site Photography -Use our mobile photography unit. We will capture photos on site.
• Digitised Images - Use your own digital camera and send us a .bmp or .jpeg file on disk with a list. Or simply e-mail the photo.

Design Service
Send us a rough layout and a logo to scan and we will return a proof for your approval.
We can supply a full artwork service to ensure that you have professional looking ID cards.

Image Capture

Our image capture services, and our experienced staff members, produce high quality digital images which can be supplied in several formats including CD or hard copy prints. This can offer a cost effective alternative to school photographic companies. Many schools have told us that parents have preferred our images to those taken by traditional methods.

We welcome enquiries from local government, schools NHS trusts and private sector companies.

We have the ability to deliver to our clients, from small private companies to the largest organisations.

Project Management

Unisecure will support you with a Project Manager present during the commission stage of any system.

Our Project Manager will also be able to evaluate the suitability of existing security equipment and we will also look at issues that contribute or hinder security activities such as:

• Lighting
• Vegetation
• Security transmission equipment

Our Project Manager will recommend a maintenance agreement that will be for all security equipment ensuring equipment is well maintained to achieve the minimum "down time".

We can also work with other areas of your organisation optimising their ability to enhance your security measurements.

Security Audit

Our highly trained staff will carry out a security audit tailor made to client's requirements and needs.

We are also able to work with external agencies to determine the most suitable solutions.

A Security Audit will include (but is not limited to):
