The visitor pass system projects
your corporate image as well as acting as your
fire register. It controls access of visitors to
your site. Our systems fulfil your duty of care to
visitors, staff and contractors, allowing you to
communicate critical Health & Safety
guidelines to your visitors by incorporating your
emergency procedures, site maps, risks and
controls onto the passes.
Features
Every visitor receives a
personal Vistor Pass which informs them of
Health and Safety, COSHH and other specific or
emergency regulations.
The pass validates that every
visitor is logged onto the fire
register.
Colour coding of the pass /
wallet / clips can inform security staff of the
type of visitor - Day Codes, Area Codes,
etc.
Provides an accurate,
up-to-date log of all visitors on your premises,
in case of emergency.
Visitors are automatically
recorded in the Visitors Book each time a
Visitor Pass is written out and
issued.
Can be adapted to suit almost
any requirement.
System is designed to reflect
your corporate image and meet the specific needs
of your organisation.
The inclusion of a discreet
sheet ensures
confidentiality
Under the
1989 Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act and
Safety, Health & Welfare (General Application)
Regulations 1993 & the Health and Safety at
Work (N.I.) Order 1979 - it is the organisation's
responsibility to provide individuals with
information that may affect their Health and
Safety whilst on the premises.
It is
important that Visitors are made aware of Fire and
Emergency evacuation procedures. All passes are
pre-printed with these details, so that when a
Visitor is unaccompanied they can follow these
instructions.
By recording details such as
Name, Visiting and Car Registration, you can
easily trace the owner of an illegally parked
vehicle or an activated car alarm.
A
personalised badge incorporating the corporate
logo projects a professional image to the Visitor
and enhances the image of security to prospective
clients.
The Discreet Sheet means the
Visitor can fill out their own pass without seeing
who has previously entered the premises. This
offers total confidentiality so visitors cannot
see who has visited before
(Competition/Interview).
