Delivery times

Due to the variations of products a rough estimate on deliver times are as follows:

  • Property marking 10 – 15 working days
  • Standard ID card accessories, ribbons , cards, IT Security and cables 2-3 working days
  • Lapbank trolleys 5 working days
  • Safes 7 working days
  • Cages (computer cages)15 working days

Damaged goods

Claims for short delivery or delivery where the goods do not conform to the delivery note must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for defective or damaged goods must be made in writing within seven days of receipt of goods.

Return of goods

We are unable to accept the return of merchandise without prior consent. Before returning merchandise the Company must be notified in writing, with the details included of the merchandise, the invoice number and date.

Short delivery & defective or damaged goods

Claims for short delivery or delivery where the goods do not conform to the delivery note must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Claims for defective or damaged goods must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Any expenses incurred due to the cancellation will rest upon the customer, such as delivery expense (dispatch the product back to the company). Once the company has received the returned goods, a representative will notify the customer and will credit the customer with the amount due. In order to credit the customer we require that the goods are returned in the condition they were originally delivered in. Also we will need the customer to have available the same credit card used to make the purchase so that we are able to credit the amount on the same card.
