Our company operates commercial working hours, therefore Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 17.00pm. Saturday and Sunday our company does not operate.

Getting started

We hope to offer you a user-friendly and convenient way of purchasing our products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The main features that will help make your browsing and shopping experience user-friendly are as follows:

  • Home page link: this link will allow you to get back to the home page from wherever you are on the website. This link is located on the far left of the navigation panel
  • Navigation bar: We have created categories that will allow you to find our products with just one click. The categories have been created around the customers’ needs and have been devised to create a quick and easy way to access our products. Once you click on one of the categories, you will be redirected to the specific categories main page- offering you a wider choice of products.
  • Search box: The search box will always be found on the right hand of the screen, under the main categories. You will be able to search by categories , products or product code.
  • Your shopping basket: the shopping basket has been designed to make your shopping experience even easier. The number of items and the total value of the shopping basket are always displayed in the right hand side of your screen. By clicking on the “view basket” you are able to get a breakdown on each individual product within the basket. By following the link “checkout” you will be able to purchase the products within the shopping basket.
  • Lists: The “lists” option has been created to allow our customers an even easier way to shop with us. If you are purchasing products on a regular basis, you are able to create a number of lists and store the item under the heading you prefer. This way accessing your different lists will allow you to add the selected products to your basket- without having to search for them.

Placing your order

In order to purchase the products selected you will need to be registered with Unisecure. You will be able to add products to your basket without the need to log in, however upon the checkout, you will be required to enter your log in details.

About us

Unisecure was formed in January 1997 as a direct response to the growing recognition of the need for improved security within the University of Hertfordshire.

Since 1997 the company has grown significantly in its formation and today offers a wide range of integrated security related products and services. ID bureau services, smart card services and access control systems are only a few of the services that you are able to find at Unisecure. Whilst ID card accessories, Printers and IT security are to name a few of the products we offer.

In 2008 a dedicated marketing team was assigned to Unisecure, as part of a wider restructure. The change was seen as a necessary step in order to help build stronger communication channels with our customers.

January 2009 saw Unisecure's new brand identity being launched emphasising its commitment in offering a secure environment within the educational, public and private sector.

In addition to ID related products, one of the core services offered can be found with Unisecure ID Services, which is the high-tech division of Unisecure. This division specialises in providing ID cards, smart cards and related systems. Unisecure ID Services is a leading supplier of ID card systems, ID card bureau services, Smart Campus and School Schemes along with providing security consultancy services.
