How do i know if my order has been received? An order confirmation that your order has been received will be sent to you after having placed an order. You will also receive an acknowledgement of order with your order number and the item/s purchased shortly after.

Can I place an order from overseas? Yes customers will be able to place orders from overseas, once registered. However the delivery charges will depend on the address provided by the customer when registering.

Can I change delivery address? Should you not specify an alternative address, by default, your order will be sent to the delivery address used will be the one supplied upon registering onto this website. However should you wish to change your delivery address you will be able to do so whilst in the check out process.

Are receipts sent with deliveries? Yes your receipt will be sent along with the item ordered. You will also be supplied with a delivery note located on the outside of your package.

How can I check latest prices? We are always striving to offer you the most competitive price possible and our website will always reflect the most up to date and lowest price possible.

Has Unisecure prices been reduced to the new lower VAT rate? We have reduced all our prices to reflect the change in the VAT. Our current VAT charge is of 15%. The new VAT has also been applied to our delivery charges offering you an even lower price.

What should i do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing on order? Should your credit or debit card be refused while placing an order, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please get in contact with your card issuer.

How can I get more information about a product featured on this website? Should you like to get more information about any of our products, please contact the sales team on 01707 286326

How can i view and update my account details? Once you’ve registered with Unisecure, you can sign in to your account at any time to view and update the personal details you have saved. Once you have signed in all you will need to do is click the button on the top right hand corner with written ‘edit my account’. You will also be able to change the following:

  • Change your email address or your password
  • Edit, delete, or add new delivery addresses
  • Add or change your list items.
